Who We Work With

Sectors We Deliver Into

Insulation retrofit programmes for buyers who need framework-grade suitability, supervision and conformity records, not a homeowner-style brochure.

Councils

Estate-wide fabric programmes across schools, housing and operational buildings. SHDF and decarbonisation delivery with conformity and social-value reporting.

Housing Associations

Portfolio cavity, loft and IWI rollouts across social-housing stock, with resident comms, suitability documentation and completion records.

Facilities Management

Insulation works across managed estates, coordinated with planned maintenance windows, access constraints and tenant operations.

Main Contractors

Subcontract fabric and retrofit scope delivered to programme, with RAMS, ITPs, supervision and snagging discipline expected on tier-one sites.

Commercial Owners

Industrial, warehouse, office and mixed-use stock, fabric upgrades with suitability inspection and documented conformity on completion.

Agriculture / SMEs

Rural housing stock and farm dwellings, loft, cavity and IWI programmes with access planning and conformity handover.

Why It Matters

Fabric Performance, Suitability & Documented Quality

Procurement needs inspection criteria, installer competence and conformity records, not accreditation logos alone. Every claim is evidenced per project.

Fabric-First Performance

The measure that does most for warmth and carbon when done correctly.

Inspection & Suitability First

Pre-install inspection criteria and clear exclusions, so measures suit the property.

Documented Quality Control

Installer training and conformity documentation shown, not just accreditation logos.

Scope

What We Deliver

Cavity, loft and internal wall insulation delivered with pre-install suitability, trained installers and per-measure conformity records.

Cavity Wall Insulation

Suitability-inspected installs to standard.

Cavity Extraction & Re-Fill

Removal of failed insulation and re-fill where appropriate.

Loft Insulation

Top-up or full, with eaves ventilation maintained.

Internal Wall Insulation (IWI)

Design-stage risk control, thermal-bridge management and on-site supervision.

Suitability Inspection

Pre-install criteria and exclusions documented.

Conformity Documentation

Per-measure conformity records and lodgement.

Mobilisation & Delivery

Coordination Is The Differentiator

Portfolio surveys, suitability, design, programme, RAMS and site supervision, all run as one programme under framework agreements.

Portfolio Surveys & Suitability

Pre-install criteria, exclusions, damp and ventilation flags documented before work proceeds.

Design & Specification

Measure selection, RdSAP alignment, IWI design controls and thermal-bridge management.

Programme & RAMS

Framework programme, resident comms, access coordination, RAMS, ITPs and site induction.

Site Supervision

Trained installers, on-site supervision, ITPs and thermal-bridge checks, especially on IWI delivery.

KPIs & Reporting

Visible Performance, Documented Accountability

Buyers see what's happening on programme, on H&S, on quality, on conformity records and on social value, in formats their boards and panels expect.

Programme Adherence

Weekly programme reporting against the agreed schedule, with early-warning of risk.

Health & Safety

RAMS, ITPs, permits, induction and incident reporting documented and shared.

Snagging & Quality

Snag list management with closure evidence, photo records and sign-off.

Commissioning & Records

PAS 2030 conformity records, TrustMark lodgement evidence and handover packs per measure.

Carbon Reporting

Project-level carbon reporting in the buyer's format. Claims evidenced, not generic.

Social Value Reporting

Local jobs, apprenticeships, supply chain and community benefit reported per project.

Compliance

Accreditations & Insurances

The diligence pack, up front. Renewal dates published so your procurement team isn't chasing.

For cavity insulation, we document inspection criteria and exclusions before install. For internal wall insulation, design-stage risk control, thermal-bridge management and installer competence are the delivery-risk differentiator. PAS 2030 conformity and TrustMark lodgement are completed per measure, claims evidenced per project.

Social Value

Reported In Your Format, Evidenced Per Project

Social value isn't an afterthought. It's agreed up front against your framework's measures and reported on completion, with the evidence to back it up.

Local Jobs

We hire, train and supply from the local economy on framework projects.

Apprenticeships

Apprentice involvement on installs where the programme allows, supporting the next generation of installers.

Local Supply Chain

Preferential use of regional suppliers, scaffold and access partners.

Community Benefit

Community-facing actions agreed up front with the buyer, reported on completion.

What Procurement, Asset Managers & Main Contractors Say

"CRS ran our loft and cavity programme across the estate with documented suitability checks on every property, exclusions were flagged early, not after install."
Asset Manager, Housing Association
"Mobilised quickly under our framework, coordinated access with our FM team and handed over conformity records without us chasing."
Project Manager, Main Contractor
"The IWI specification included thermal-bridge detail and supervision records we could actually use at panel. That was the differentiator."

FAQ

Procurement & Delivery Questions

Are you framework-ready for council and housing-association procurement?
Yes. We work with councils, housing associations, facilities managers and main contractors under framework agreements, with RAMS, insurances, PAS 2030 conformity and reporting expected at that level. A current capability statement is available on request.
Do you handle portfolio insulation rollouts across multiple properties?
Yes. We mobilise portfolio surveys, sequence suitability checks and install programmes across stock, rather than one-off jobs. Programme adherence, H&S, conformity records and snagging are reported back to the buyer.
How do you manage suitability and exclusions before install?
Every property is assessed against pre-install inspection criteria before work proceeds. For cavity insulation, documented criteria and exclusions are recorded. Where a measure is not suitable, that is stated in writing, not overridden to hit a target.
What about internal wall insulation delivery risk?
IWI is specified with design-stage risk control, thermal-bridge management and on-site supervision. Installer competence and conformity documentation are part of the delivery model, not an afterthought.
Do you provide PAS 2030 conformity and TrustMark lodgement?
Yes. Per-measure conformity records and TrustMark lodgement are completed as part of sign-off. Claims are evidenced per project, not quoted generically.
Is a capability statement available?
Yes. We provide a current capability statement and accreditation pack on request, with renewal dates for each accreditation and insurance to reduce diligence friction.
