Keith Platt

CEO

Keith leads from its Bridgend base and takes a genuinely hands-on approach. No two days look the same, whether he's on site alongside the surveyors, managing compliance and contracts, or keeping the company's accreditations and stakeholder relationships on track. With sixteen years in the industry, eight of them building CRS, he's worked across sales, tools and surveying, so he understands every stage of a job from the ground up. That breadth is what holds the standard steady: a business that diagnoses properly, recommends honestly and delivers quality work. Above all, Keith is building a trusted, employee-owned company, one that improves how buildings perform and tackles fuel poverty, while rewarding the people who do the work. As an employee ownership trust, CRS's growth is shared with the team that delivers it, and Keith's measure of success is simple: high client satisfaction, meaningful social impact, and a stable business owned by the people who built it.

Rui Jeremy

Marketing Director

Rui leads marketing across CRS Energy and the wider Home Check Group, shaping how the company shows up to homeowners, landlords and trade partners. His day-to-day spans brand, web, content and lead generation, working closely with the surveying and operations teams so what we promise online matches what gets delivered on site. Rui's focus is straightforward: clear messaging, honest claims and steady growth that the installation crews can keep up with, so demand never outpaces quality.

Natasha Snaith

Finance Director

Natasha runs finance across the group, from day-to-day accounts and payroll through to budgeting, cash flow and the financial controls that keep a growing employee-owned business on an even footing. She works closely with Keith and the operations team to make sure pricing is fair, suppliers are paid on time and every contract is properly costed. Her job is to keep CRS financially healthy so the team can focus on delivering work the company is proud of.

Chris Griffiths

Operations & Aftercare Director

Chris runs operations across CRS and owns the aftercare service that sits behind every install. He's the bridge between the surveyors, the installation crews and the customer, making sure jobs are scheduled properly, snags are closed out quickly and any warranty or follow-up work is handled without fuss. If something needs revisiting, Chris is the person who makes sure it happens. His standard is simple: the job isn't finished when the van leaves, it's finished when the customer is genuinely happy with the result.

Chantelle Jeremy

Digital Operations & Tech Project Manager

Chantelle keeps the digital side of CRS running, from the booking systems and CRM through to the tools the surveyors and office team rely on every day. She manages projects across the business, joins the dots between marketing, operations and finance, and looks after the customer experience from first enquiry through to completion. If a process can be tidied up, automated or made easier for a customer to follow, Chantelle is usually the person doing it.

Digital & Customer Experience

Mike Rigdon

Operations/Installation Manager

Mike runs the cavity wall insulation and extraction side of the installation team. His days are split between site visits, programming crews, sign-off on completed jobs and keeping the team properly equipped and trained. He knows cavity work inside out, from identifying when extraction is the right call through to specifying the correct bead or fibre for the property. Mike's focus is steady quality: jobs done right first time, properly recorded and signed off to scheme standards.

Jordan Thomas

Operations/Installation Manager

Jordan leads the internal wall insulation, damp remediation and general building works crews. He's on site most days, coordinating trades, checking detailing around windows, reveals and junctions, and making sure remedial work is done properly rather than papered over. With a strong building background, Jordan is the person who turns the surveyor's diagnosis into a finished job that performs as intended and looks the part when the customer walks back in.

Kyle Boulton

Property Assessment Surveyor Manager

Kyle leads the surveying team and is on the tools himself most weeks, carrying out property assessments, damp and mould investigations and pre-install surveys. He spends his days reading buildings: looking at construction type, ventilation, moisture patterns and existing measures, then putting together honest reports that explain what's actually going on. Kyle's role is to make sure every recommendation we make is backed by evidence from a proper survey, not guesswork.

Geraint Roberts

Plumbing & Heating Manager

Geraint runs the plumbing and heating side of the business, covering boilers, heating controls, air source heat pumps and the full system design that makes them work in real homes. His day-to-day mixes site surveys, sign-off on installations, training the engineers and keeping on top of the scheme paperwork that comes with MCS and grant-funded work. Geraint's standard is a system that's sized properly, commissioned properly and explained properly, so the homeowner actually knows how to use it.
